Boring food day, but I did eat breakfast again. Wednesday night I made scrambled eggs with Dai Due Chorizo and garden serranos, and put them in the fridge. For breakfast, I just scooped some out and zapped them in the microwave.
Lunch, homemade egg salad.
Snack, almonds at a friend’s house. They were a nice treat, since almonds don’t grow here.
Dinner, I made another taco salad with more of the Richardson Farms ground beef that I cooked the day before.
