Breakfast – a boiled Vital Farm egg. Better than nothing.
Lunch – Nicoise salad from Blue Dahlia with my friend Lee Ann Kocurek. Celebrating good things happening to deserving folks. I’m proud of what Kocurek Family Artisinal Charcuterie has accomplished in such a short time.
For dinner, I fired up the Big Green Egg. I had one of the steaks from Bastrop Cattle Company with a salad for dinner. I marinated the steak in Dai Due Wochestershire (no idea how to spell that) and it was amazing. There are leftovers, too. Salad was Bella Verdi lettuce, my garden tomatoes, my garden onion marinated in Texas Olive Ranch Balsamic, and olive oil.
