Trying to eat lighter Monday, for breakfast I had blackberries, a peach and a dollop of  home-made yogurt, made from Way Back When Diary milk, by my friend Jamie.  For lunch, a garden tomato, part of a lemon cucumber, and some Pure Luck Hopelessly Blue.  Dinner was red snapper from San Miguel at the downtown market, cooked on the Big Green Egg in a foil tent with chopped garden tomato, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.  I also had a grilled peach with a little Hopelessly Blue.

Tuesday’s breakfast was the same.  Peach, blackberries, and yogurt.  Lunch was a salad with Bella Verdi Farm’s lettuce, my tomato, Brazos Valley Parmesan, and olive oil and vinegar from Texas Olive Ranch.  For dinner, leftover red snapper, Lowell Farms rice, and some Chocolate Cherry tomatoes from the garden.  (Actually, from the Earthbox)
