Day 105. Sadly, I’m getting a bit tired of strawberries, from my bountiful harvest. So, just a slice of Kocurek bacon for breakfast. Lunch was a salad with a few strawberries, some pecans from my tree from a couple years ago, (freezer) some Maid in the Shade feta and balsamic and olive oil from Texas Olive Ranch. Dinner was a grilled ribeye from Richardson’s Farms.
Day 106, bacon for breakfast, no lunch because we were going to out for dinner. We went to Flemings, and I had the petite filet with asparagus.
Day 107, garden onion and Full Quiver pepper jack omelette for breakfast. Too full for lunch. Dinner was farmer’s market salad, and Richardson Farm’s pork chop with garden thyme, and Kelly Jo’s strawberry/mango salsa.
