Another day of strawberries for breakfast! I hope this trend continues. Lunch was Thunderheart Bison jerky on the go.
Dinner was one of the rabbit pies I picked up at the Triangle Market from the Kocurek’s. It was fabulous. I was apprehensive the first time I tried rabbit at the coaxing of the Kocureks. I never thought I would love it as much as I do. It is mild, not gamey, and combined with Johnson’s Backyard vegetables, and herbs from the Kocurek’s garden, this is an amazing dish. I also had a small salad, but I am so sick of lettuce right now, small is an understatement. I’m still trying to eat all of the lettuce from my garden, and I’m tired of it.
