For breakfast, thankfully the last of the grapefruit. Many of my strawberries have flowers on them, so I’m hoping they will kick into gear soon.
Lunch was garden salad, mostly just as a vessel for the Kelly Jo’s cilantro salsa, which is creamy, so I use it as a salad dressing. This is my favorite find of the week, at the Truck Farm Market on Thursday.
Dinner, was eat out night with my parents. We went to Louie’s 106, and I had a ceasar salad and New York Strip. I’m looking so forward to a low key weekend of gardening, cooking and eating in. This week was exhausting.
