I found some unexpected things at the Triangle Farmer’s Market on Wednesday.
And at the Truck Farm Farmer’s Market Thursday.
Kelly Jo’s Salsas are outstanding, and are made with local produce she gets from farmers.
Breakfast, Grapefruit again.
Lunch, 2 Thunderheart Bison Jerkeys on the run. My garden team had Shortstop, so I felt really good that I had the Thunderheart option.
Dinner, Richardson Farms ground pork, cooked with green onion, stuffed into one of the Aneheim peppers and smoked on the smoker, topped with Kelly Jo’s Cilantro Salsa, and a garden salad from my garden. I used the Cilantro Salsa as salad dressing, because it it so good!
